14 Reasons Your Country Is Poor!
- Lack of transportation infrastructure: No road connectivity to make trade possible from one end to another end of the country. Smooth trades built economies.
2. Located in a tropical region: People usually in those regions depend on imports than figuring out ways how to grow their own rice, coffee, etc., to export.
3. Corrupt government: Leaders don’t respect the laws and think they can break them and easily walk without prison.
4. Low quality of education: The people are uneducated or don’t value it.
5. Lack of privacy and free speech: Free Speech is frowned upon.
6. Lack of information: The people don’t know their leaders: no research but bags of rice for votes.
7. Weak Democracy: In a weak democracy, the people think power doesn’t belong to them but to their leaders. They don’t understand that they can remove corrupt leaders with their votes. So, they usually don’t vote or don’t take voting seriously. The government also tries to control the media with money, serving as influence, lies, etc.
