The cost of college has been soaring faster than inflation. As a result, many students at home need help with attending college. Because education is paramount for any nation’s progression and is a human right, here are five reasons why education in America 🇺🇸 should be free.

  1. Improve Society: No country will ever remain a power when its people cannot access free education. People who are more educated tend to solve problems better, and they usually understand the history of their society and its current economic conditions. Given this idea, they are keener to participate in politics and improve their nation’s future.

2. Inequality Gap: As one of the wealthiest countries in the world, the gap between the haves and haves not had sometimes been a central problem. As a result, affordability is far-fetched for some, if not most, to attain quality education. The fields have sometimes been strained when it comes to attending affordable college. Given this idea, some of the haves do much better than others. Closing the inequality gap would mean leveling the playing field by giving every child an equal opportunity to attend tuition-free colleges without them inheriting thousands of debts right after. Therefore, an affordable-free education for all would create a more significant step towards closing the Inequality gap.
