Konduct Coach Learning is a skill-based marketplace for youth and adept learners to enhance their skills, becoming the best version of themselves. The purpose and purport of Konduct Coach Learning stem from the early upbringing of Clifton Manneh, who grew up in a traditional native West African Liberian-culture. Growing up in Staten Island, New York, Clifton saw how passionate his mother was in assisting her family and her community by cooking traditional West African-Liberian meals. She later utilized her skills and created a small restaurant business, coined by the Liberian vernacular as cobo (cold bowl).

With his mother’s unswerving drive to succeed with community inclusion, Clifton learned hard work, supply and demand, and that the diversity of thoughts is just as crucial for success. Given his mother’s experiences tied in with his, Konduct Coach learning became an idea. He created the platform to empowered everyday learners with essential new skills to make them capable of providing for their families, which his mother had in cooking traditional West African-Liberian meals.
