Liam: The greatest gift (Poetry).

He was born out of interracial relationship

He had his mother’s eyes and Dad’s hair
He cried for a moment and then settled down

The angel of my life with a brown skin

Months went by and we watched him grow
When he would get very sick
Something was wrong

and Daddy and Mommy had to know

Even though Daddy was always chasing

his dream to become a “Megastar”

Liam was always on his mind

Because he was one of a kind
In comfort, I use to hold you in my arms

When you approach two years old

You became more of a charm
Liam Henry, you are the greatest gift
Because of you, my life have shifted
After a stressful day, when I see you smile I am lifted

For Liam Henry Johnson
