Motivation: How To Start And Stay Motivated.
Life is uncertain. Everything works differently than planned. We don’t come to become what we want to be by accident. And, sometimes, we don’t arrive by imagination or listening to motivational speakers to magically get us to where we want to be without taking action, knowing that it’s never implemented without a drive. Drive gives us meaning and enables us to solve the “Why’s” of our lives, which becomes our motivation. Motivation is the drive to achieve our goals or needs. Here are the components that mainly influence it:
- How much do you want it?
- What will you gain?
- What will you lose?
Most people need help with staying motivated. And yes, sometimes it’s challenging when you can’t see the staircase. You sometimes feel as if the world has fallen apart, and getting started is not an easy road to travel.
So, why is motivation important? Motivation is essential because it: provides a clear picture of where you should work to want to be; it helps you solve problems, change old habits, cope with difficulties, and embrace new opportunities. So, how can you start and get motivated? Unfortunately, not everyone is encouraged to create their desired goals due to mental health issues like depression and anxiety. And given this reason, some of those people feel stuck and cannot take action.
