You Are Worthy Of Love.

Being kind to yourself involves acknowledging who you are away from what the world thinks you are. It also involves rejecting the narratives of what others think you are. Remember, you of love, and the heavens will hug you in your solitude and in the emotions that have shadowed you that you cannot express. Feeling like you have to be perfect; it’s a sign of imperfection. Once we’ve learned to let things go, we grow out of what we cannot control. And by letting go, we understand that we are not perfect and that life is not meant to be.

Falling short of someone’s or our standards should never make us aware of our imperfections; for those who hold us to a higher standard aren’t also perfect. So never ask yourself: “If I do things as close to others’ standard, and it is as flawless as possible, will I be able to avoid feeling less important, as a failure?” Remember, nobody is perfect, and life is not balanced, either, and we must never be presented with societal standards of how we should live, love, act, and be every day.

Trying to live up to others’ standards only colors our imperfections. It leaves a void, and we start to believe we are nobody, but a totality of our weaknesses and the lows in our lives affirm…
